With over 25 years of experience, Tania is a trusted name in hair and beauty known for her refined approach and attention to detail. As the owner and creative force of the salon, she combines technical expertise with a modern, tailored style.
Specialising in colour correction, lived-in blondes, bright blondes, and dimensional brunettes, Tania is known for creating seamless, personalised results that enhance each client’s natural beauty. She is also recognised for her signature layered cuts and face-framing, designed to complement and elevate every colour service.
With a thoughtful and experienced approach, Tania also supports clients experiencing hair thinning or hair loss, offering tailored solutions to restore confidence and create fuller looking results.
As a Redken Certified Colourist, she brings advanced knowledge and precision to every appointment.
More than just great hair, Tania is passionate about helping women feel confident, empowered, and completely themselves.
Dominic - Salon Coordinator
Meet Dominic, our salon Co-Ordinator and he brings along with him twenty plus years of hairdressing experience, operating mainly in the Melbourne Bayside area. Bringing his experience and superior customer service to Oscar Oscar, you are guaranteed to be perfectly match-made with your perfect stylist- to achieve your ultimate hair goals all with a five star salon environment, whether it be
your up-coming appointment and working around your busy schedule, to listening
and determining your hair goals/needs and recommending the perfect hair service
for each individual.
Dom’s greatest pleasure is being a part of a successful hairdressing industry and at work- seeing clients experiencing the best possible hair service and leaving our salon floating on cloud nine.
When Dominic is not in the salon, he enjoys seeing live concerts, catching up with family and friends over dinner and a great glass of wine and spending quality time with his fiancé , especially spent at five star hotels.
Marlon - Salon Director
Marlon makes a key part of our team with 30 years industry experience. Specialising in colour work and precision cutting, he makes an amazing stylist. He is driven by rapport-building with his guests from a place of passion, intuition and strong communication, and he thinks this is the key to achieving beautiful hair.
When I’m not in the salon, you will find me …. Volunteering in the community, meditation & yoga, cycling and at the beach!
Julie - Master Stylist
Julie brings to the team 15 years of experience, and is well known for consistently exceeding her guest expectations time after time. Julie imparts her wisdom, knowledge and experience with the team as our salon education manager, ensuring the whole team are always ahead of the curve. She’s a blonde specialist, favouring extreme transformations.
The two things Julie believes you need to look and feel fabulous are great hair and a smile.
What drives you in the salon?… Education and salon training. I love nurturing the future of the salon, getting the young ones excited about cutting and colour and seeing them grow. That’s what I’m passionate about!

Meet Ally, our Master Stylist at Oscar Oscar Salons. With a lifelong passion for hairstyling, Ally’s six-year journey has led her to work backstage at events like AAFW. She specializes in blondes and extensions and’s driven by delivering the best guest experience and creating dream-worthy hair.

With 17 years of experience, I’ve seen (and styled) it all from bold colour transformations to effortless, low-maintenance looks that grow out like a dream. I’m all about hair that feels fresh, fun, and totally you whether that’s a sharp cut, soft “has she or hasn’t she?” highlights, or a big, confidence-boosting change.

Outside the salon, you’ll probably find her at the gym she’d spend all day there if she could!
