Meet Stefan... With more than 30 years of industry experience spanning four countries, Stefan brings exceptional creativity, technical expertise, and international knowledge to Oscar Oscar Salon. Originally from South Africa, his career has taken him across South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States aboard luxury cruise ships, and New Zealand before settling in Australia.

Trained by Vidal Sassoon in London, Stefan specialises in precision cutting, polished finishing work, and personalised colour. Whether creating bouncy blow-dries, classic pixie cuts, lived-in blondes, rich brunettes, or vibrant reds, his passion for beautiful, tailored hair is evident in every appointment. A finalist in the L'Oréal Colour Trophy, Stefan combines world-class training with a warm, energetic personality. Renowned for his humour, positivity, and genuine connection with guests, he believes listening is the foundation of exceptional hair and is dedicated to ensuring every client leaves the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and smiling.

With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Melly brings a wealth of expertise, creativity and genuine care to every guest who sits in her chair.

Originally from Iran and having spent more than 11 years in New Zealand before recently making Melbourne home, Melly’s passion for hairdressing began at just 12 years old. Inspired by her aunt, who owned a salon, she spent her afternoons helping in the salon and quickly discovered a love for making people look and feel their absolute best.

A true all-rounder, Melly specialises in everything from precision cutting and bespoke colour to beautiful blow-dries, event styling and working with both curly and straight hair. She has a particular passion for creating stunning blondes and also brings two years of professional barbering experience, making her equally skilled in men’s grooming and cutting.

Known for her warm personality and meticulous attention to detail, Melly is dedicated to ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident, refreshed and 100% happy with their experience. She believes exceptional client care is just as important as technical excellence, taking the time to
understand each guest’s individual style and goals.

Growing up surrounded by hairdressers, her passion for the industry developed naturally, leading her to become known for her bold artistic vision and confident approach to hair.

Specialising in vivid colours, alternative cuts, and layered techniques, Krystal loves creating expressive, fashion-forward looks while remaining equally skilled in everyday services, including blondes, regrowth maintenance, and beautifully styled waves and curls. Passionate about helping clients express their individuality, Krystal combines creativity with personalised service to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and empowered.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Emmy is an exciting Emerging Stylist with almost three years of experience in the hair industry. Trained the Oscar Oscar way, she brings a fresh, creative approach to the salon floor and loves helping her guests feel confident, beautiful and completely looked after.

Emmy’s passion lies in foiling, lived-in blondes and seamless, beautifully blended colour. She loves creating soft, effortless looks tailored to each guest and is continuing to build her expertise as a blonde specialist, while also developing her skills in hair extensions.

A highlight of Emmy’s career so far has been working alongside Redken in Melbourne as part of a styling team, an experience that further fuelled her creativity and passion for the industry.

Outside the salon, Emmy loves travelling, shopping, dancing, music festivals and spending time with friends and family.

Now welcoming guests in the salon, Emmy is excited to build her clientele, create beautiful transformations and become your new go-to for fresh, effortless hair.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Hannah has always known she wanted to be a hairdresser. After completing work experience in a salon, her passion for the industry was confirmed, and she’s now excited to be in the first year of her hairdressing journey.

What Hannah loves most about hairdressing is the ability to make someone feel amazing. For her, it’s not just about beautiful hair—it’s about giving guests a confidence boost and adding something special to their day.

Hannah is currently loving perfecting her bouncy blow waves and developing her skills alongside the Oscar Oscar team. She loves the close-knit, supportive culture and felt welcomed from the moment she joined.

Outside the salon, Hannah loves shopping and spent 11 years as a competitive dancer.
