Mary - Salon Partner
Mary is a real life girl boss managing a career, being a mother and a wife. She has 17 years industry experience developing salons and teams across Australia. Her mission is to ensure all her guests receive the ultimate salon experience. Mary has been recognised in women in business awards and lead the Broadbeach team to be named as finalists in the AHIA Salon Team of the Year category in 2020. When I’m not in the salon you can find me?… Spending time with my family and enjoying a glass of rosé.
Freja - Salon Manager & Salon Director
Freja is not only an exceptional stylist but also the Salon Manager, working alongside Mary to keep things running smoothly both on the floor and behind the scenes. As the salon’s Lead Educator, she plays a key role in maintaining the highest standard of service, mentoring the team and ensuring every guest experience is
consistently excellent. If you're looking for a true colour expert, Freja is your go-to! She specialises in all things blonde — from seamless balayage to precision foiling — and takes pride in turning her guests' hair goals into reality.
Her favourite part? Seeing the smile on her clients’ faces when their vision comes to life. Passionate about education, Freja loves sharing her knowledge — even the science behind hair — to help guests truly understand and enjoy their hair journey. “I love to educate my guest on all things hair, even the scientific terminology behind it. I love the hair journey, and I want my guest to love their hair journey with me also.”
Jim - Salon Director
Jim is our salon’s secret weapon! After training at Vidal Sassoon Academy in LA, Jim took 1st place in I.H.S Total Look 2008, published for American Crew’s Face Off Competition in men’s hairdressing & continued to create immaculate mens & women's cuts for the past decade. If I could have dinner with anyone who would it be and why?… Andy Warhol! What would he be inspired by in this current time?
Gav - Master Stylist
Our Master Stylist Gav began his career over a decade ago and has since worked around the globe for prestigious hair salons and numerous Fashion Weeks. Specialising in precision cutting & styling - Gav is an all-round hair wizard and loves to create bespoke looks for his guests. He is also accredited as a highly regarded Redken Certified Hair Colourist, draw's his inspiration from the latest trends and loves creating transformations - no matter how big or how small!
What drives you in the salon?… My passion for creativity and getting to work with such talented people every day.
Jasmine - Master Stylist
Originally from just outside of London, Jasmine brings nearly 11 years of experience and passion to the salon industry. She specialises in natural, bespoke colour work—whether it’s an all-over shades, lived-in balayage, or delicate highlights. Jasmine also has a flair for styling, with big, bouncy blow-dries being her absolute favourite. When it comes to cuts, she loves crafting long layered looks and sharp, blunt bobs.
Outside the salon, Jasmine loves to travel, meet new people, and experience new things. In her downtime, you'll often find her socialising with friends, enjoying long walks, or relaxing by the beach. Her friendly, adventurous spirit and
commitment to ongoing learning make her a vibrant and valued part of the team.
Jaymie - Master Stylist
Jaymie Lynn joins the Pac Fair team as a Master Stylist with 15 years of experience, specialising in hair extensions, creative colouring, and precision cuts. She excels in blonde and balayage techniques and is known for her advanced styling, particularly beachy waves. Jaymie’s vibrant, dimensional colour work is tailored to each client’s style.
Her passion for transformation and creativity makes her a perfect fit for the team. When she's not in the salon, Jaymie enjoys the beach, good food, and self-care. Ready to make your next hair journey unforgettable, Jaymie brings energy, skill, and artistry to every appointment.
Akane - Premier Stylist
Akane has been part of the OO Family for over 7 years. Her attention to detail and passion for her work has led Akane to become an incredibly talented stylist, specialising in Yuko Japanese straightening, bouncy blowdrys, styling and balayage… you’ll never see her without a smile. What’s on your playist? J-Pop and K-Pop.
Valenica - Premier Stylist
Valencia is a highly skilled, Paris-trained hairdresser with a passion for creativity
and all things on trend. She specializes in styling, weft and tape extensions, braiding, and is truly a queen when it comes to perfecting Afro textures. Fluent in four languages and a Caribbean girl at heart, Valencia brings a
calming energy to the salon that creates an incredibly relaxing experience for every guest.
Ginger - Senior Stylist
Ginger is your go-to for glamorous, bouncy blow-dries, flawless event styling, and transformative keratin treatments. With a natural gift for creating beautiful hair, Ginger brings energy and warmth to every appointment. Her bubbly, friendly nature makes every guest feel instantly at ease, and she finds joy in meeting new people and brightening their day with a perfect finish.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her unwinding and recharging, ensuring she’s always ready to deliver the best for her guests.
