Terms and Conditions: 

1. Promotion Overview: The HMP BT x Oscar Oscar Salons Promotion (“Promotion”) offers customers the opportunity to receive a complimentary gift with purchase when they buy a HMP BT Bespoke Gift Pack priced at $79.95 at any participating Oscar Oscar Salon (“Salon”). The gift options include a HMP BT Botanical Hand Balm valued at $28.95 or a HMP BT Deep Cleansing Clay Masque valued at $36.95.

2. Limited Stock Availability: This Promotion is available only while stocks last. Oscar Oscar Salons cannot guarantee the availability of gifts with purchase once the allocated stock has been exhausted.

3. Promotion Period: The Promotion is available for a limited time only and will be valid from 25/09/23 to 31/12/23. Oscar Oscar Salons reserve the right to terminate or extend the Promotion period at their discretion without prior notice.

4. Gift Redemption: To receive the complimentary gift with purchase, customers must select either the HMP BT Botanical Hand Balm or the HMP BT Deep Cleansing Clay Masque at the time of purchasing a HMP BT Bespoke Gift Pack. The selection must be made at the point of purchase and cannot be altered or changed after the transaction is completed.

5. No Substitutions or Cash Equivalents: Complimentary gifts with purchase are not exchangeable for any other product or cash equivalent. Customers must choose from the available options as specified in section 1.

6. Participating Locations: This Promotion is applicable only at participating Oscar Oscar Salons. Customers should verify with their local Salon whether they are part of this Promotion before making a purchase.

7. Availability: Oscar Oscar Salons will make their best efforts to ensure that the participating Salons have a sufficient stock of HMP BT Bespoke Gift Packs and the complimentary gifts with purchase. However, availability is subject to demand, and Oscar Oscar Salons are not liable for any inconvenience caused due to unavailability.

8. Gift Value: The value of the complimentary gifts with purchase is as specified in section 1 and is non-negotiable.

9. General Terms: By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by Oscar Oscar Salons, which shall be final and binding.

10. Modification or Cancellation: Oscar Oscar Salons reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

11. Liability: Oscar Oscar Salons shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or any third party in connection with this Promotion.

12. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction where the Salon is located.
