Kristy - Salon Partner
I'm a seasoned professional with a rich background in the hair & beauty industry. My journey began as a hairdresser I originally worked in two of Oscar Oscar Melbourne salons Southland and Highpoint, where I honed my craft and developed a deep passion for hair artistry. Transitioning to L’Oréal Professional, I took on the role of business consultant, where I was honoured to receive the prestigious National Business Consultant of the Year award in 2019. This success paved the way for my next venture with Unilever, leading their prestige skin division as State Sales Manager.
My career then flourished in the aesthetic realm as the National Key Account Manager for Teoxane, a leading Dermal Filler brand. I thrive on helping businesses grow and coaching individuals to reach their full potential.
When I’m not immersed in the beauty industry, you can find me enjoying a glass of champagne or playing golf. I believe in balancing hard work with fun, and I'm excited to bring that energy into my salon. Let's create beauty together!
Bella - Lead Salon Coordinator
Bella is our Head Coordinator and plays an important role in supporting the team to ensure the salon runs smoothly every day and bringing her bubbly energy. She has a background in the beauty industry and is passionate about creating an amazing and seamless experience for every salon guest. Bella has a keen eye for detail and is highly organized which allows her to balance multiple tasks at once from managing salon bookings to coordinating the day-to-day salon operations. When Bella isn’t in the salon, she is enjoying a Pilates class then grabbing matcha and brunch with her girlfriends!
Cate - Master Stylist
Cate is an award-winning hairstylist who brings a wealth of experience to the Oscar Oscar Bondi Junction team. Her career has taken her from Brisbane to Sydney, where she worked as both a stylist and an educator for Kérastase and Redken, earning recognition as Educator of the Year 2023 for Redken.
Passionate about hair science and the health of the hair, Cate loves creating confidence-boosting transformations while empowering clients with the knowledge to care for their hair. Whether it’s a big change or maintaining healthy, beautiful locks, she thrives on making every client feel their absolute.
Antonino - Master Stylist
Passionate about hair and fashion Antonino dedicates his exceptional artistry to beautiful hairstyling. Whether it be precision cuts for women and men – foils or balayage – and restyling Antonino will create the perfect style cut and colour for you.

phenomenal years Antonino is an industry prodigy – consummate hairstylist – make-up artist – and photographer working locally and internationally alongside industry icons from Joh Bailey to Sergio Valente and now elated to join the Bondi Junction team at Oscar Oscar Salons.

Louis - Master Stylist
Starting his career in Melbourne, Louis honed his skills at the Australian Academy Of Hair before establishing himself at OO Highpoint. Now based in Sydney, Louis is excelling at OO Bondi, showcasing his expertise in men's barbering alongside creating stunning transformations.
Specialising in bespoke balayage, highlights, Runway high fashion colours, and natural soft finishing looks, Louis has a passion for elevating his guests from "zero to hero."

With over five years of experience behind the chair, Caryse is a passionate Senior Stylist known for creating effortlessly glamorous, confidence-boosting looks. Specializing in bouncy blowdrys, beautifully blended lived-in blondes and stunning up-do’s, she brings a blend of skill, creativity, and genuine warmth to every appointment.
Caryse believes great hair should feel as good as it looks. Whether she’s crafting soft, dimensional colour or that perfect glossy bounce, her goal is always the same: to help each guest leave feeling their absolute best.

Paolo - Senior Stylist
I started off with strong interest in Textile Design and did a Course in Fashion Design straight after Highschool untill I realised , cutting hair and cutting fabrics and pattern making almost has similar concept. But with Hair People are our Canvas to Create Art which interest me the most so I switched to Hairdressing and quit my Fashion design Course on my Second Year.
I did my Apprenticeship at Toni&Guy and worked for them for Five years Specialising in Haircuts and Up Style Hairstylist. Working for this Global Franchise had opened up a lot of opportunities for me from working back stage for Melbourne Fashion week to being part of Australian Hair Fashion Awards where all these Top Hairdressers all around Australia gathers in to one place creating futuristic Hair looks, it's like Louver.
15 years being in the Industry and I still carry the methods and techniques I horned from many people I have worked with in the past and I will hold it so dear until I cannot hold my pair of Scissors and Comb.
I will continue to grow as much as the Industry is evolving and very humbled to be part of this Industry.
