Mary masterfully balances her roles as a Salon Partner at the Broadbeach and Bondi locations, married life and being a mother to 3 girls. With 20 years of industry experience, she has transformed salons and built exceptional teams across Australia. Driven by her mission to provide every guest with the ultimate salon experience, Mary is equally passionate about nurturing her staff’s growth and potential. Her achievements include recognition in women in business awards and leading the Broadbeach team to become finalists in the AHIA Salon Team of the Year in 2020 and 2021, as well as QLD Business of the Year in 2022. When not in the salon, Mary cherishes family time and delights in a glass of rosé.
